    We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Please note that we do not accept American Express at this time. Security deposits are pre-authorized via credit card during check-in.

    If you face any issues, you can reach us through the Guest Area chat, WhatsApp, or phone. For emergencies, please call the number you can find on the Guest Area twice in quick succession to activate emergency mode, ensuring your call is prioritized.
