  • How do I book a stay at one of your properties?
    You can book directly through our website by visiting the Accommodation page and clicking the Book Now button. Browse our available properties, check availability in our booking engine, and book your stay directly with us to save up to 30% compared to booking through online travel agents.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Please note that we do not accept American Express at this time. Security deposits are pre-authorized via credit card during check-in.

After booking, you’ll receive a pre-check-in form via email where you’ll need to upload your ID, complete a security deposit pre-authorization, and sign our terms and conditions. On the day of arrival, you’ll receive your access codes, allowing for a smooth, contactless check-in.
  • What should I do if I encounter an issue during my stay?
    If you face any issues, you can reach us through the Guest Area chat, WhatsApp, or phone. For emergencies, please call the number you can find on the Guest Area twice in quick succession to activate emergency mode, ensuring your call is prioritized.
  • How are your properties cleaned?
    All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized by AirFreedom Cleaning Services. We follow strict protocols to ensure that every property is safe and spotless for our guests. Our properties consistently receive five-star reviews for cleanliness.

    Yes! We provide full property management services for landlords, including listing creation, guest communications, maintenance, and more. We specialize in short-term rentals and serviced accommodation. If you’re a landlord interested in hands-off management, contact us to discuss our services.

    Our standard cancellation policy for direct bookings is a strict 30-day policy. This means you can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
